Recently, the Center organized and carried out new employees’ training before entering into job. The training got down to work in respects of enterprise culture, the Center’s historic changes, “12st Five Year Plan”, various rules and regulations, introduction to membrane science and technology, QSHE, description of specialized techniques, and business etiquette etc. training items for the employees who entered into the Center after August 2012, and these who had not participated in the training from August 2011 to August 2012.
Mr.Wang Shougen, the vice director of the Center, on behalf of the Center, welcomed new employees in the training meeting, and he made introduction in detail for the Center’s enterprise culture, historic changes, the Center’s planning during “12st Five Year Plan” etc. in combination with the Center’s propaganda film.
In a subsequent training activities, various training content linked with one another which left a deep impression for new employees, not only making new employees further understand the Center, but enriching their water treatment knowledge; the new employees said they benefited a lot from the training.
