On March 14, 2014, a.m., a letter of thanks came to the Center from the spot of Indonesia ADI Para Power Station. The letter expresses the thanks for Mr.Bai Hailang, Mr.Fang Jian and Mr.Li Weiming, who carried out the debugging for the seawater desalination system of Indonesia ADI Para Power Station taken charge of by the Center. It fully affirmed their working attitude of hard working and dedication, and strong responsible sense. After Mr.Li Peng, who worked at Philippines seawater desalination project, was praised by their owner, this is the affirmation and praise of owner to the projects implemented by the Center for the second time.
Mr.Bai Hailang et al three persons sacrificed a chance of reunion with their families during spring festival. After arriving at ADI Para in mid- February, they struggled in the first line on spot all along, and were completing weekly the task with high standard on schedule endlessly. Indonesia is situated in tropic area and has dry and hot climate. Even they made a round in workshop, their clothes would be very wet. Despite so scorching heat, Mr. Bai Hailang and Mr.Li Weiming taught still seriously local workers various work of disassembly, washing, filling and installation step by step. Mr. Fang Jian always worked overtime to be responsible for drawing. They bore hardship without complaint and worked diligently and conscientiously on spot; meeting problems, they don’t shuffle. Though, as per the contract’s requirements, they only take charge of guiding installation, they often just carried out installation or treated defects by themselves in order to work against time and catch up on work. Their hard work enabled the ADI Para project to complete in advance the task of preparation of qualified desalted water with temporary water source on March 13, 2014, to win precious time for completing the task in 2014.
In 2014, the Center proposed the strategy of international seawater desalination market moving forward in three steps, and takes international seawater desalination market as one of the Center’s important target markets in the future. In order to quicken realizing the strategic target as soon as possible, the Center’s Engineering Department strictly controls and manages the schedule and quality of projects implementing, especially strengthens the management of international seawater desalination projects. The Engineering Department effectively integrates the “market consciousness, service consciousness, responsibility consciousness and collaborative consciousness ” proposed by Mr. Zheng Genjiang, the Center’s director, to daily work, thus, not only quickening the project schedule and improving the quality, but heightening the popularity of the Center’s brand overseas. Through the construction of the first-rate quality engineering, the Center makes great efforts to build the engineering with first-rate quality and hearted service, providing the Center with powerful motivation and support for further expanding its domestic and international markets.
